Multi density heel counters prevent overcompression
The New Balance 550 White/Red/Blue is a patriotic colorway of the vintage basketball shoe by the Boston based footwear company. The New Balance 550 returned in 2020 when Aim Leon Dore began collaborating with New Balance on vintage colorways of the classic silhouette. From there, the model picked up considerable steam and is now a core part of New Balances seasonal releases. The shoe features a white leather design with a red N on the sides. Blue mesh is found on the base of the collar and on the leather overlay. Classic NB and New Balance 550 logos appear on the heel and tongue, respectively. Underfoot, a chunky white rubber midsole and white, red, and blue outsole finish off the look.
