Hydralock outsole compound maintains traction on hydrophobic surfaces
For the 2018 NBA Playoffs, Nike honored some of the greatest playoff performances of all time with the "Art of a Champion" pack. The Nike Air Force 1 High "Rude Awakening" released on April 26, 2018. This pair took inspiration from notable Air Force 1 fan, Rasheed Wallace. More specifically, it was inspired by his 26 point, 13 rebound performance for the Detroit Pistons in Game 4 of the 2004 NBA Finals against the Los Angeles Lakers. The pair features a white patent leather upper, blue patent leather Swoosh, and sits on a blue midsole. The Nike Air Force 1 High "Rude Awakening" also comes packaged with blue and white ankle straps. They are embroidered with Sheed's famous phrase, "Ball Don't Lie," and his jersey number "30," respectively.
